Demolition Progress Pics

Initial Sketch Review

Met the architect at his office and we reviewed preliminary plans, staircase placement and master bedroom options. A change in direction from initial thoughts now that we have measurements and can see what fits and what doesn’t. Decisions, decisions…

Demo (not Demo) Begins!

Joe and I stopped by at the end of the day to check out the first day’s demolition progress. Walls were marked and there were notes and sketches on the well to facilitate the demolition. Basement demolition was started. It’s a large space with about 8’-9’ ceiling height—a rarity. Great future gym area perhaps. Or just storage for “stuff”.
